Frontón and Rincón beaches / 95 USD

This boat trip is a unique opportunity to explore breathtakingly wild beaches with crystal-clear waters. The 1h30 bus ride may discourage some, but I can assure you it’s absolutely worth it!

Our driver will pick you up around 8:00 AM directly from your accommodation in Las Terrenas and take you to Las Galeras, at the tip of the Samaná Peninsula (about 1h30), where our guide Rafael will be waiting for you.

After a short briefing about the day’s itinerary, you’ll head out by boat to Playa Frontón, one of the most beautiful unspoiled beaches in the region, only accessible by sea.

Its emerald-green waters are always crystal clear, making it a perfect spot for a bit of snorkeling—while marine life is not abundant anymore, it’s still enjoyable. For others, it’s all about sunbathing, swimming, or simply strolling along the shore.

Next, we’ll head to Playa Rincón for lunch, but not before making a quick stop for a refreshing swim, with maybe even a little surprise along the way.

For lunch, you can choose between chicken, fish, or shrimp, all grilled to perfection over a barbecue. And for those who wish, with a supplement of USD 10, you can enjoy a delicious lobster (available only in season).

We’ll leave Playa Rincón by bus around 4:00 PM, after having made the most of this magnificent fine-sand beach.
